How fast can a tow truck reach me?
In our core areas — Maharagama, Nugegoda, Pannipitiya, Kottawa and nearby — a truck is typically with you in 30 to 45 minutes. You get a live ETA the moment we dispatch, not a vague promise.
How much does towing cost?
It depends on distance, the vehicle, its condition and access. That is why we quote on the phone before a truck leaves rather than publishing one flat number that would be wrong for most jobs. You approve the price before we start.
Do you work at night?
Yes — genuinely 24 hours, every day of the year. A large share of our calls come between 10pm and 5am, because that is when help is hardest to find.
Can you tow a car that will not go into neutral?
Yes, but it needs a flatbed rather than a conventional tow. Tell us when you call so we send the right truck first time instead of having to send a second one.
Where will you take my vehicle?
Wherever you want it — your garage, your home, or a workshop we can suggest if you do not have one nearby. We have no arrangement that requires taking your vehicle to a particular place.
Do you handle accident and insurance jobs?
Yes. We move collision-damaged vehicles on a flatbed and can deliver to your garage, an assessor, or hold the vehicle until your insurer confirms where it should go.
